- I am a Bi-lingual (English/French) Chartered Counselling Psychologist
and Coaching Psychologist in private practice. I work with adolescents,
adults and couples in both time limited (6 to 12 sessions) and
longer term therapies.
- My approach to therapy is integrative, but primarily based
in Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy,
an approach which focuses on and emphasises the client’s
everyday experience and their own way of making sense of the world.
As a counselling psychologist I work therapeutically with clients
suffering from a variety of issues (for example the effects of
childhood sexual/emotional abuse, relationship difficulties, major
trauma and loss) and/or symptoms of psychological disorder (such
as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and self harm, post traumatic
stress disorder and psychosis). I offer an active collaborative
relationship which can both facilitate the exploration of the
underlying issues and empower clients to embrace change.
- In addition to the above I also have experience in working
with clients suffering displacement issues related to expatriation,
as well as phobias, obsessions, substance abuse and emotionally
related health problems. Feelings related to a lack of well being
or a desire for greater self knowledge are also valid reasons
for seeking psychotherapy and counselling.

as certain universities.
Location
I practice both in central Paris (nearest metro Georges V or RER
Ligne A) and in Croissy Sur Seine (RER Ligne A).
