Therapeutic Skills and Areas of Specialization

Work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families and groups and organizations. Specialties include depression, dependency issues, adaptation and adjustment difficulties, mid-life crisis, relational issues, bicultural issues and crisis management. My approach is eclectic and client-centered and is informed by systemic, transpersonal, body-oriented psychotherapy, psychodynamic and behavioral approaches.

Additional training includes family constellation, breathwork and relaxation, voice dialogue, sand-play therapy, meditation and NLP.

I am a member of the International Counseling Service in Paris as well as the International Counseling Associates in London.

I enjoy working with people on in-depth issues as well as doing coaching and short-term therapy. I also do consulting and organizational work.
